For the last day of Food Tech we made dumplings. I think my best skill while cooking these was turning the dumplings on the stove and making sure they wouldn’t burn. Every five minutes there would be a burnt side on the dumplings, so you had to keep an eye on them. It was also my first time trying dumplings and to be honest I don't think I like them. But they are still so good. I think I’m a pro at the twirly twisty thing.
