Samoan Language Week! ๐Ÿ‡ผ๐Ÿ‡ธ

As Samoan Language Week is coming to an end, I hope everyone had the chance to learn an interesting fact about its culture and events that occur there.
Today we were very excited to have Room 6 present what they created for Samoan Language Week. Including some students who read aloud interesting information.

Kiwi Kids News- Polyfest Cancelled Due To Coronavirus

The huge event this week has recently been called off due to worries of the covid-19 
(Coronavirus) spread. 
Organisers said the event was too huge to trace any contracts of a confirmed case. Still they're trying to find other options to adress student's performances.

ST. PATRICKS DAY! ๐Ÿ€๐ŸŒฑ

St. Patricks Day is a global celebration of Irish culture. It particulary remembers St. Patrick, one of Ireland's patron Saints who ministered Christianity in Ireland. To commemorate the life of St. Patrick they have feasts and celebrate by wearing green. He impacted a lot on Ireland and its history.
